What Causes Severe Headaches?

This week I’ve had a pounding headache, awaken during the night with heart pounding hard several times a night and tightness. Feels like anxiety but accompanied by headache, several bad nosebleeds and earache I’m concerned. I’ve recently been taken off BRP meds ( about a month) as my body fluctuates.

Hi,

Your headache could be referred headache due to otitis media like infection. Your Otoscopy ear examination should be done. If discharge present then antibiotic ear drop prescribed.

I suggest you check your blood pressure as well. It's advisable to investigate with EKG as well. Stress can aggravate headache, so try to decrease it.
