What Causes Severe Headaches?

YESTERDAY MORNING I WOKE UP WITH A GAINT CHARLIE HORSE IN MY RIGHT LEG AND THAN IT WENT FULL FORCE LIKE COULD NT MOVE FOR A FEW MINUTES LIKE A PIECE OF METAL GOING IN MY LEG THAN I HAD A GAINT PAIN IN MY HEAD QUICKLY AFTER THIS I SOMETIMES GET SHARP PAINS IN HEAD BUT ONLY A SHORT WHILE WHAT DO U THINK I SHOULD DO

Hello,

You say the onset was yesterday but it is unclear whether you are still having the headache and the charlie horse or if you have improved spontaneously.

If still in pain then I would suggest going to the ER as some blood tests and head imaging may be necessary.

If symptoms have improved spontaneously then it is less urgent, I still think you should see your primary physician for a neurological physical exam and some blood tests in particular electrolyte panel (as electrolyte alterations may cause such cramps).
