What Causes Severe Heart Palpitations, Nausea And Insomnia While On Propranolol?
I am a 54 year old white female on propanaol for tremors i have had palpations numerous times over my life they started around 30 years old. For the last 3 weeks i have been having them every day mostly of the evening and all during the night. I have also been having nausea and insomnia all during this time. My heart rate stays over 100 sometimes it goes up to 130-140.

You have anxietyneurosis palpition insomnia are symptoms of anxiety neurosis depression take antidepressants cap fluexitine 20mg od with tab clonazepam 2.5mgm in morning 5mg hs along with propranolol 40mg bd we can raise dose according to response propranolol willalso control palpitation and tachycardia
