What Causes Severe Heartburn And Fatigue While Suffering From Fibromyalgia?
I have fibo and I have been fatigue for weeks and have had lots of heartburn today i had server pain in left shoulder went down armpit and into under breast made me sweat and have chills with bad headache now I feel pain in my shoulder blades neck ears throat is it just fibo acting up

It can be fibromyalgia and can be reflux also. I think you should consult a gastroenterologist. Taking antiacids such Maalox is advisable.
