What Causes Severe Hot Flashes While Treating Hypertension And Depression?
Hi I am a 56 year old female with stage 3 kidney failure, hypertension, and depression . For the HTN and depression I take medications. About two days ago I noticed that my inner body core felt very hot. I have been pounding the water to almost a pitcher a day. Should I see my primary care doctor?

A PCP visit will certainly help, but I do think it could either be a side effect of the medications you are on or to do with pre- or peri-menopause. Please do speak to your doctor.
