You can be advised to take small frequent meals, avoid fatty foods and eating too much at a time, limit intake of tea, coffee and alcohol..
Limit intake of dairy products as well as also avoid sleeping immediately after eating..
Take more of high fibre foods..
Drink plenty of water.
Do moderate workout and also walk after meals..
In case of no resolution prescription medications like Antacids, Proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole and H2 blockers like Ranitidine can be advised to you..
