I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be related to
inflammatory bowel disease or cealiac disease, infection of the gastrointestinal tract as
colonoscopy is normal.
Take following advises:
I advice to to consult the Gastroenterologist for better evaluation and undergo following investigation:
Stool microscopy and culture
Blood tests: Full blood examination, LFT, ESR, and
serological testing for coeliac disease
Abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy to rule out the ulcer and colonoscopy.
Hydrogen breath testing to rule out
malabsorption.
Doctor will give following advises:
Take solubel fiber like ispagula husk. if not responds then laxative like sorbitol and lactulose will help
Avoid spicy diet , take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
Anti diarrheal:
loperamide.
SSRIs and atypical anti psychotic:fluoxentine, clozapine.
anti spasmodic like
mebeverine and dicyclomine
Sporolac sachet
Take food like boiled rice, applesauce, banana, toast, yogurt and curd
Avoid stress and do regular exercise like walking and yoga.
