What Causes Severe Irritation In Penis?

I experience peppery sensations in my penis lasting hours after urination,worst at night.as if I mistakenly rub pepper on it.I don t have STI,I only have one patner.on for about 6months now .I used nitrofurantoin sths ago ,I got relieved but has since resurfaced.

Hello. Thanks for asking Healthcare Magic. .Burning sensation on tip of penis is usually seen in urine infection. It seems you have got a urinary tract infection. I would suggest to start with nitrofauntin 100 mg twice a day for 7 days. Take plenty of fluids and an akalizer syrup 2tsf three times a day. I hope this helps.
