What Causes Severe Irritation While On Cetirizine?

I have been taking ceteirizine for the first time and found I have become very irritable and had a melt down today a work...I normally don t curse....but today I let a big one go while waiting with colleagues...not sure what happened...but very concerned about this situation.

Take tablet prednisone 5mg twice daily for 5 days, and stop immediately taking cetrizine. If you need for any reason an antiallergic, you should take Fexofenadine120mg once daily. Cetrizine has its own profile of adverse reactions including the one you are facing. Fexofenadine is the best alternative and has a safe drug profile.

Take plenty of fluids and keep a good physical activity too.
