General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

At this point when you are experiencing recurrent infections without proper treatment the right thing to do is to do a vaginal secretions culture.
It will give the bacteria or fungus which is causing the infection and proper treatment.
You can use antibiotics which come out of it.
In case of severe fungal infection Diflucan is right treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
