What Causes Severe Itchiness And Redness On The Buttock?

I wore yoga pants and the weather got really cold. My butt and lower extremities got very cold and were itching and red when I came inside. After scratching at them, the next morning I noticed speckled bruise-like marks on my butt. Is this from the scratching?

During winter our body can't produced sweat due to that our skin become dry . so there was itching and redness. U should use some skin moisturiser so it helps u.
