What Causes Severe Itchiness In The Penis Shaft?

Hello. Today I have experinced and itchy-feelling inside my penis head. I have an urge to pee but not from the blatter but the penishead itself. And when I m done peeing, a few minutes later, i get the urge again. It s like i can t empty my blatter. It does not hurt when I pee.

Hi,

Noted your short and specific history related to itchiness of the penis head, frequency of urination as if you have not emptied the urinary bladder and there is no while passing urine.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the urine tests for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity before starting of antibiotic to get proper results.
Ultrasonography of abdomen particularly for genito-urinary system.
Tests of blood.
AN opinion of a General Surgeon or a Dermatologist.
Find the cause like whether has unprotected sex.
Once the cause is found get treated accordingly.
Get the diabetes under control if present.
Get circumcision surgery if the prepuce is long and adherent or difficult to retract.
