What Causes Severe Itching All Over The Body While On Coumadin?

My 84 year old mother is on comadine and is having a lot of itching on her back but there is no spots. However she has itching on her arms and legs and it seems like when she itches in places were she can really itch them she ends up with a round red circle and then a black spot appears in the center. It does go away but I was wondering if it may have anything to do with the comadine.

@ Seems allergic dermatitis due to various conditions .
Coumadin side effect is less likely as she is on that molecule from time , it
is not that it was taken for first time and got the issue .
