What Causes Severe Itching Around The Penile Region?
Hi, My penis area is itchy and I think because I have eczema scrotum. I try to keep clean but still got itchy. Can I use some povidone iodine on my scrotum skin? It feel better (no itchy, no scratch). Does iodine has bad effect on my thing? Thank you very much

From history it seems that there might be having some fungal infection or dermatitis giving this problem.
You can apply povidone iodine locally but it is advisable to apply triple action cream as it will work for both, fungal or dermatitis.
Keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
