Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to fungal infection, dermatitis.
Poor hygiene, sweats, tight clothing are the aggravating factors.
Take following advises:
Apply candid cream
Tablet levocetrizine at the bed time
Wash the part with warm water
Wear pure cotton loose inner
Change inner frequently after the work out
Keep the area clean and dry
If itching persists then consult the dermatologist for detailed examination
Hope this may help you
