What Causes Severe Itching In Soles And Palms?

I have very itchy palms and soles which are driving me insane. I am 5 days into a course of amoxicillin. I am also 13 days post a c section and am taking lactulose for severe constipation. I am also breast feeding. Will any of these medicines cause me to have the itchy hands and feet?
