What Causes Severe Itching In The Lower Abdomen?

Thankyou,i have been itching at the fold below my lower abdomen ,along the panty line for the last two days,today,i did feel the itch but it seems to be coming from deeper into the skin,on looking at the point where i have been feeling itchy a few hours back,i notice a dark patch on the skin,what could this be ?

this looks more of taenia infection, but still I would suggest that better show the lesion to a dermatologist before starting any tabs or ointments because once the lesion changes it gives a wrong picture later for a dermatologist
