What Causes Severe Itching Of Labia And Inner Thighs During Nights?

Uncontrollable itching on labia and inner thighs at night. I am 21 years old and have sex with my boyfriend two times a month without condom using I-pill. This time when my period ended I had sex with him after which I developed an uncontrollable itch on my labia and inner thighs. I have rashes on my inner thighs. I have noticed my boyfriend scratching his genitals many times ( very roughly). Could he have passed some disease to me??

Till the time you can try Micanozole skin ointment for some relief.
