What Causes Severe Itching On Hands, Thighs And Face?

I have been itching for about three weeks now, more in the evening on my hands, arms, thighs, face and ears. when I scratch it I break out into hives then bruises appear on my thighs. I had my CBC, and CMP done last week results were normal. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom of itching could be due to hypersensitivity, emotional stress could be the reason and it can be well managed with Tab Loratadine 10 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
