What Causes Severe Itching On Outer Side Of Vagina?

I went to my dr for severe outer vagina, itching that I only have at night had two paps no yeast I have no itching inside no discharge strictly on outside. For over a month now she just gave me diflucan pill I think she s not listening I m afraid I have the worms last night was so bad worse yet.

Hi,
From history it shows that as there is no other problem like infection or yeast infection, there is a possibility of having worm infestation in GI tract coming out during night time and it can migrate in front near vagina producing severe itching.
Go for stool test for worm infection and after report go for treatment accordingly.
Take cetrizine for itching to get temporary relief from itching.
Take care while cleaning local part after passing bowels, clean the part starting from front to back.
