What Causes Severe Itching Sensation And Red Bumps On Penis?

Hi. I am suffering from severe itching near my pennis areas for last 3 days. red bumpy spots has formed near pennis. Exccessive itching happens to be during night hours. I am applying ITCH GUARD cream for last 2 days but that seems to be ineffective as itching still continues. Please suggest somethig

it is allergic infestation. take tablet levocetrizine 5mg daily get it examined by dermatologist.it can be fungal or scabies. noharm in getting std test. if negatve then consult skin and VD specialist for examination and advise.
