What Causes Severe Itching Sensation In Penis?
i have a sharp itch inside my penis like something is moving inside what illness is this? i have done test for syphilis, herps,gonorroah clamydia but tested negative i took alot of anti biotics of almost all kinds yet that sharp itch is still inside my penis like something is moving inside please help me.

You can be infected by a worm (helminths). Just get yourself tested with a physician.
You may need antihelminths.
