Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe itching under the ribcage while having gallstones. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like measles , drug reaction , fibromyalgia , allergic dermatitis , kidney disease or liver disease. I would suggest you to take over the counter anti histamine like zyrtec , apply cold compresses and avoid food and product like soap from which you are allergic . Consult gastroenterologist if condition doesn't get well . Doctor may order ultrasound , stool test , liver function test . Doctor may refer you to allergy specialist in case of allergy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
