What Causes Severe Knee Pain After A Knee Injury?
I fell today on right knee. Most terrible pain for long time. Ice n ace bandage helped with it up. Hurts to lift leg under knee cap. Knot and bruises at where tendon meets the shin. Hurts from knee diwn to foot when I turn foot very ling. Hurts to let leg dangle.
