General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Meloxicam is a non-inflammatory medication which is widely used to treat the arthritis pain.

I suggest trying Piroxicam which is the same family but has fewer side effects.

Usually, the side effects may go away during treatment as the body adjusts to the medicine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
