What Causes Severe Knee Pain?

Hi, I have a pain in my knew the only way to describe how my knee feels is to say it feels like air inside. It hurts all the time whether being active or sitting down. My knees have always clicked but the pain is really starting to get to me and I can t hold myself when I bend down now. The pain seems to just be getting worse. What could it be? Thankyou

thank-you for your query.
you haven't mentioned if your one knee is paining or both, what about pain...does that worsens in the morning hours or remains constant throughout the day.You have to get your serum uric acid along with rheumatoid factor done. You also have to get the X-ray ,along with ultrasound done.
try to consult your orthopaedician to rule out gout or psuedogout or any infection.
For the time being you can start any NSAIDs for pain and can also start wyslone.
kindly mention your weight also as if your weight is more in accordance to your height then you have to decrease your weight.
god bless
