Thanks so much, I am having severe left sided neck pain. I have had 2 cervical spine surgeries..2007 & 2011. I work a job which requires me to set 8 hrs (production work). My doctor has ordered my employer to allow me to stand, but I then get pains in my hips and left leg pain. what is the best course of action as far as getting well?
As I presume you already on pain medicines [Nsaids, steriods, or physical therapy] these are options in allopathy along with surgeries as you already undergone. There is one 'Art of Living' provide optimising energy course exclusively for pain [via some unknown mechanism benefited many and researches also promising] you can join it.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
