What Causes Severe Leg Cramps And Vaginal Spotting After A Partial Hysterectomy?

Hello, I m 42years old and had a partial hysterectomy in 2008. Recently due to severe leg cramps and not sleeping i was put on propranol, hydroxyzine hcl, quinine 324. I also just was put on macrobid for a UTI after having a bladder test done. Today, i noticed mild pain and spotting on my pantyliners and when i wipe. Could any of these medications cause this

Hi,

None of the mentioned medication is known to cause vaginal spot bleeding. You can wait for a few days. It might stop spontaneously.

If not then you need to evaluate further with ultrasonography pelvis and pelvic examination.
