Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you have done a little too much beyond your capacity. In case of knee replacement your muscles and bone are also week and suddenly walking for such long distance can be painful. I would recommend you following.
1.Tablet Etoricoxib/Brufen one daily.
2.Tablet Calcium and vitmin D3 one daily for six months.
3.Tablet Methylcobal one daily for six months.
Static quadriceps exercises.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any followup questions.
thanks
