Hi, after receiving a lumber cortisone injection was in a lot of pain, could not lift my legs. As soon as the doctor found out I have fibromyalgia I received injection starting with de....have no clue if it was a muscle relaxer, placebo, do you have an idea what it was?

Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like avascular necrosis , bursitis , epididymitis , hydrocele , inguinal hernia , muscle strain , pinched nerve or sciatica . But in your case the symtoms are probably due to cortisone short, which usually occur. I would suggest you to consult general surgeon for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically or order ultrasound or x-ray to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may refer you to orthopedic surgeon if the problem is related to muscle strain .
