What Causes Severe Leg Swelling Long After A Total Knee Replacement Surgery?
I am 74 years old. I am in relatively good health. I see a cardiologist on a yearly basis. I have had 4 years ago a total knee L . I am noticing some swelling in my left leg today it was very noticeable with 4+ pitting edema. What should I look for?
Consult your physician as it takes not more than 6-8 months to recover after knee replacement surgery. You also have signs of infection in form of a pitting edema.
