What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Cramps?
I have excruciating cramps that occur twice a day, when I wake up and when it s about time for me to wind down and go to bed. These cramps hurt when I try to put heat on it when I try to walk or sit, they occur in my lower half of my stomach right above my bikini area and right below my belly button and its horrible please help

I really appreciate your concern, lower abdomen cramps could be due to many reasons because the area have many internal organs right from the colon, bladder, ureter, and others, if this is the female then it may be due to uterine contraction, condition can be given try with smooth muscle relaxant, if fails to respond or partially responds then investigations are must hope this information helps.
