General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to an abdominal injury. If you have abdominal nausea, vomiting, blood in the urine, and fever you should go at the emergency room. The injury may present with abdominal pain, tenderness, distension, or rigidity to the touch, and bowel sounds may be diminished or absent.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
