What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain After An Injury?
I fell at standing hight today. My legs came out from under me and I landed flat on my back. Didn t hit my head. My neck is fine and even my back is well ok. Not to bad. But my lower stomach is excruciating after a couple house after the fall. What could it be?
The symptoms seem to be related to an abdominal injury. If you have abdominal nausea, vomiting, blood in the urine, and fever you should go at the emergency room. The injury may present with abdominal pain, tenderness, distension, or rigidity to the touch, and bowel sounds may be diminished or absent.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
