Sir I am 25 years old. one day ago I masturbated now I am feeling severe pain in my lower abdomen and it is irritating me and I am not able to sleep I am worrying a lot that some thing has happened in my stomach.please give the solution for this query

If excess masturbation done like that of daily than groin discomfort can occur on long term basis
If your pain severe than local part examination done and If needed USG scan be done
If it is gastritis like pain antacid can be prescribed
