What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain Along With Difficulty During Urination?

severe lower stomach pain under navel / across stomach/ above belt on/ somewhat off since monday night. navel area EXTREMELY SENSITIVE to the touch. severe pain on monday night during urination. have been taking flomax but traveling and did not take it last 4-5 days. last day or so , retaking flomax. feeling somewhat better { with 200 mg nsaid } but worried

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think its look like prostate enlargement or stone in urinary tract.
Other cause may be: UTI, Cystitis, infection: gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia

Consult the doctor for exact diagnosis and undergo following test
Urine: routine, microscopy and culture
Blood: CBC, ESR, PSA, Serology for infection
USG
Cystoscopy
rectum examination
Prostate full study

Following are advice for enlarged prostate:


Following are the advice for you.
1. Drink plenty of water.
2.But avoid to take fluids before bed.
3. Avoid alcohol and caffeine containing product
4. Void in sitting position
5. You can start drug after consult urologist
- Tamsulosin 4 mg per day, improve urinary flow.
- Finasteridine : decreased DTH level

If medicine unrepods to symptoms and increase in severity of symptoms
- You can plan
Minimal invasive surgery like Transurethral neddle ablation
And Transurethral resection of prostate.
