What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain On The Right Side?

Hi, I am having occasional right side lower abdomen pain which continues to right leg from 1 year. The pain is unbearable and severe. I have gone through several scannings and even diagnostic laparoscopy but the doctors could nt find out any problem and pain is same as before. During the treatment novelon and endosis tablets have lowered my pain but when i stop taking those tablets the pain remains same as before. my periods are regular. Till now i do know why iam getting pain. Could you suggest any treatment or test ?

i think that your abdominal pain due to nerve irritation- it can be sciatic nerve involvement or lumbosacral plexus, simple leg raising test can detect it. you can undergo mri scan to know about this with your doctor consultation
