What Causes Severe Lower Back Pain After The Child Birth?
Hi,I am 31 year old woman. Weight 83 kg and height 5 foot 4 inches. I have sever lower back ache. It become worst when touched. Pain is in the center of back over the backbone .Sometimes it really worst that I bend down to do something and can t able to stand straight again.This pain start after my second pregnency in 2012. I have 2 kids. First delivery is forcep and second is vacuum. After second delivery I didn t stand straight for a long , just for 2 to 3 mins. This happened till 15 days after pregnancy. But now I always feel pain in lower back and become worst when touched.Please reply and tell me the solution of my problem.Thanking you.Mrs Bokhari

Back pain you have after 2nd delivery could be due to insufficient calcium, vitamin D supplements that lead to osteoporosis two pregnancies with less spacing. Deliveries and breast feeding enhance the weakness. Two difficult vaginal deliveries can lead stress on pelvic bones and vertebrae. Can affect vertebral problems giving you the pain. You should get investigated for anemia, boney weakness and possible vertebral injury. An exact cause of the problem would help you out of the pain. Please consult an orthopedic surgeon.
