What Causes Severe Lower Back Pain After Working Out Post Brace Usage?

Hello, I have bad lower back pain. I first injured my back in November 2014 doing dead lift. (I think it was deadlift). It didn t hurt immediately, but about an hour after I got home from working out I had terrible pain. At first I couldn t bend any way or lift my legs without causing pain. Now, It just hurts a lot. It feels like my low back is scrunched. I have bad pain at what feels like my sacrum. If I bend forward I feel some pain and tightness. If I bend backwards I feel pain and tightness. Stretching my hipflexors and stretching side to side helps relieve the pain for a very short while. I don t have pain that radiates down my legs but I do feel a bit more pain on the right side than the left. My chiropractor told me to wear my brace for three weeks and that it should have healed by the end of the three weeks, but it hasn t made any improvement. Any ideas? Any suggestions?

I really appreciate your concern, present history of pain may not be related with past history of back injury, it may be due to spinal degenerative disease and it may need imaging study but it can be managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day may need lumber belt too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
