Ive been experiencing lower back pain, feeling like I cant empty my bladder, dark colored urine and cramps in lower abdominal. Sometimes I get a sharp stabbing pain in my left side usually lasting about a half an hr but isnt excruciating. This has been going on for about 2 months but ultrasound tests on my bladder and ovaries are clean as was my urine test. The last 2 days how ever ive notive a tiny, tiny amount of blood when I wipe after urinating. It happened once last night and once tonight. A Followed by tiny little brown/tan something on the toilet paper. When i last visited my ob she said she didnt feel like it was kidney stones because im not in excruciating pain, however Im am beginning to think it might be. We lost my mom a little over a year ago due to metastatic cancer of the bladder after years of dealing with uti s and stones. I have also a history of chronic uti s tho I havent had.one in about 2 years.
