My husband is complaining of pain in his backside the area of his hip but more near his behind, he stand at work giving out samples and when no one comes he tends to lean on one side. I said it is not his hip as I always was told if your hip is involved it hurts inbetween your legs in the groin area, I think it is from leaning he does have athritus. General & Family Physician, Dr. Prakruthi's Response
Hi the symptoms your husband is having does look like arthritis. Hip symptoms need not always appear in the groin or between the legs. I would advice some rest and pain killers if the pain is unbearable. It's nice to hear that he is active and about at this age, can he make some arrangement to be seated while on his job? I wish your husband good health. Take care. :)
