hello, I am an athlete and most of my workouts are based on lifting heavy weights. sometimes after workout i feel a lower back pain that goes away about 2 hrs after workout. Yesterday i was just skipping and i felt a severe pain in my lower back. i cant stand properly and i cant sleep straight , fetus position would be the most comfortable sleeping position for me ... please help
Seems to be musculoskeletal pain , strictly avoid weight lifting and forward bending.take physiotherapy,and also get your mri scan done to confirm the diagnosis and management accordingly.
