Hi

One of the common reason for back pain and radiating pain to the lower limbs is slip disc
Slip disc is result of any jerky/sudden movements that may involve the back bone or even it may be due to lifting of weights unintentionally eg lifting a bucket of water which are not used to or handling a two wheeler which you are not used to
The nerve gets compressed especially the lumbar region or lower back and the pain travels down to the lower limb aswell, some times it is also called Sciatica as the Sciatic nerve gets involved

Physical rest and physiotherapy is options to treat the same

Pain killers with muscle relaxants can be tried for 2-3 days and if it does not subside then an CT/MRI is recommended

Do not strain and do meditation for 45 minutes

Wish You Good Health
