What Causes Severe Lower Backache & Lower Abdomen Pain?

Hi, I am having a severe lower backache & in lower abdomen. My urine test report is :
Appearance : Pale Yellow
Sp Gravity : 1.010
Reaction(pH) : 6.0
Albumin : (+)
Sugar : Nil

RBCs/HPF : 2-4
WBCs/HPF : Numerous
Epth. Cells/HPF : 1-2
Crystals/HPF : Nil
Cast/HPF : Nil
Amorphous Sediments : Nil
Spermatozoa : Nil
Others : Nil
Please suggest.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
This is an infection in the urine .
First give the sample for culture and sensitivity and start antibiotic under Doctor's prescription.
Take 3 weeks course and request a change of antibiotic according to the culture and sensitivity report after 7 days.
Drink plenty of water and oral fluids.
Go for ultrasonography to rule out urinary stone and other organic problem.
