What Causes Severe Mid Back Pain?
I have been experiencing severe pain in my middle back for three days now, both sides of my spine, around the lung area however have no trouble breathing. Pain increases when I lie down or make certain movements. I haven t done anything strenuous so do not think that I have strained any muscles.

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms are give here may be due to muscular spasm and it may be due to some posture it must be poor posture, some time it could be due to spinal degenerative disk disease, try to maintain the good posture during sleep or even just lie down, along with this I would suggest to try Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen just once in day, hope this information.
