There can be various reasons for headache and
dizziness. It can be due to anemia, vitamin deficiencies or electrolyte imbalance(abnormal salts in the body). Even stress and anxiety can also lead to such symptoms. Besides it can be due to problems related to neck (
cervical disc disease),
muscle strain,
high blood pressure, diseases of ear (inflammation, nerve swelling, benign positional vertigo) or associated with abnormal posture while working or sleeping.
We also need to rule out problems related to heart and lungs (difficulty in breathing, palpitations) or related to brain (swelling or inflammation). I feel that first of all focus on your diet. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Take plenty of water, 2-3 liters per day. Maintain proper posture especially while sleeping or working on computer.Be relaxed.Have a good night sleep. Go out for a walk or light exercise. Regularly monitor your BP.
f still your symptoms persist then go for some investigations like
complete blood count, FBS, TSH, X-ray of the neck, ECG and MRI of the brain. This will give you a proper diagnosis.
