What Causes Severe Migraine Headaches Along With Insomnia In A Hypoglycemic Patient?

I m hypoglemic and I get stress migraines, and I have insomnia but I ve been experiencing some weird symptoms. I have really bad headaches for no reason, my upper body hurts outside of what it normally does, everything tastes off and some slightly metallic, and I am extremely tired and have been sleeping heavier than usual. I am on my menstrual and I had sugar, I also have not experienced this before during my period. I have been really irritable the past couple weeks and I ve had more difficulty than usual climbing stairs. The back of my neck feels as if it is being squeezed and my headaches with a feeling of fullness and pressure. My upper back and shoulders have been hurting worse than usual also. I participate in track and field and after practice, I have not been able to eat and, as expected, my fatigue is greatly increased. On Friday, I napped and I felt as if the right side of my brain (or was it the left side and my right hand) had went numb and I couldn t fix it, eventually itwent away. I ve also had more body odor and sweat than usual lately. Could you help me diagnose and treat this
