What Causes Severe Migraine While Using Methotrexate And Ketorolac Shots?

I was recently diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis, and just began my treatment. First dose of injectable Methotrexate was a Saturday. He has a list of my meds, one in particular I use for my horrible migraines that come from my neck, Ketorolac injections. I only use this maybe a couple of times a month, but did some reading and this said there can be a reaction between the two.

Hi,

For a migraine, a single molecule is enough and I would advise you to continue either one of it. There may be some interaction but the single molecule is okay and no need to take another drug.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain,
