Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I have had chronic neck pain, not debilitating(I am 43 and work full time as RN in OR) have had hx of migraines since puberty, also manageable. Last May I fell and suffered concussion and head laceration. No CT scan was done since I passed mini mental exam and neuro check. Since then migraines are severe, neck pain is almost intolerable and have discomfort in left should that is growing to be a problem since it bothers me to reach arm around back. Do you think I would benefit from MRI of head and neck or better off seeing a ortho spine specialist? Mostly seeking diagnosis at this time and physical therapy perhaps
