What Causes Severe Muscle Cramps And Breast Tenderness During Menstruation?

I m on the 9th day of my period and this is very abnormal for me, considering I ve had my period for almost 4 years and this has never happened before. In the first 7 days I barely had any pain but towards the end of the 7th and going into the 8th I started experiencing severe cramps and tenderness in my breasts. It doesn t seem to be stopping due to the fact my flow is so heavy. The only thing I can think that is throwing my cycle out of whack is my disturbed sleep schedule and/or the fact I ve started running recently.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such irregular menses is very common phenomenon seen in every women and it may be due to age, it is happening due to hormone changes and it is nothing to worry it may not need any treatment, if this goes on happening every time and often the it is better to see the gynecologist just to rule out any other possibility hope this information helps.
