General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It looks like you have taken excess of magnesium & potassium supplements. You are experiencing side effects of the same. Excess magnesium causes nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach upset, etc. Excess potassium may cause excessive thirst, muscle weakness, leg discomfort, numbness, cramps, stomach upset, etc. You are suggested to visit ER, keep your self well hydrated. Stop taking the supplements. You may need medical aid if symptoms worsen. Get connected to a detox center & get symptoms managed & treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
